You are welcome to purchase one or more paintings. Please contact Mr. Keeling on the message box below, or by phone or mail.
A painting may also be leased
for your home or office. With time you can then be sure of your decision to purchase. A lease requires prepayment for delivery, insurance, and three months possession of the
work. A lease is a deductible business expense. Please view the sample Lease Agreement

This Lease Agreement shall take effect on the date of delivery of the artwork to the Leaseholder. The cost of delivery, insurance, and three months Lease will be prepaid. If the artwork is purchased within one month of the date of delivery, the cost of the Lease shall be applied towards the purchase price. This Lease shall be valid until cancelled by either party with not less than two weeks written notice. Mr. Keeling or his agent shall collect the unpurchased artwork at no cost to the Leaseholder. Lexington, Virginia, shall be the site of legal proceedings arising from this Lease Agreement. |
